Intelligent Digital Transformation

By Sander Stockbroekx

This business driven research book is a result of six case studies, benchmarked against 50,000 IT projects. The book describes the best theories, practices and methodologies to increase your success of your digital transformation for your project or organization.

This book is the result of my dissertation for my master Enterprise IT Architecture. When my dissertation was merited a magna cum laude, my promotor Dr. Hans Mulder motivated me to write a book about it. My book "Intelligent Digital Transformation" is a business driven research book that will show you how you can gain a competitive edge while using a practical set of theories, models and methodologies. The biggest step our IT industry needs to make is to step away from the ad-hoc, intuitive way of engineering our IT systems and digital enterprises. This book will show you where to start and how to do it.

Winning Mindset

By Emmanuël Stockbroekx

This book shows an insight into Emmanuël's journey and complexity in finding the right balance and peace within himself and his mission to become the best hockey team in Belgian' history. The Winning Mindset describes what obstacles to overcome in your quest to become the best you can be.

I wrote my book because I came to a point where I was sick and tired of myself and the adversity and challenges I was going through and couldn’t find the right ways to go to a higher ground as an individual and as a team. I really wanted to quit. It was like I was in a bubble where I didn’t want to be in. I was frustrated on my teammates. My staff. Myself. Everything. I was angry! I was pissed! I was fed up. I wanted to throw in the towel. I was tired of making all those sacrifices and not achieving the goal of winning a title. I was ready to completely look at things differently and examine why some teams were successful and others weren’t. I soon found out by writing the book that the the pain I was going through made sense. And other people went through the same pain and how wonderful life can be, they already had solutions for it. Painful for me was that I realized I had to grow. I had to raise my standards. I had to embrace my pain and get through it if I wanted to ever amount to something.
